Shipping & Delivery

Customer will be notified of the delivery time after payment of the product has been made.
Delivery time will be indicative and subject to change based on manufacture and freight.

Warranty

D2 Race Pty Ltd (“D2 Australia”) warrants that these brake products will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 5 years from original purchase. If the product if found to have a defect, D2 Australia will repair or replace, at its sole discretion and option, the claimed faulty product or part thereof free of charge.
The items are required for local and overseas examination and any warranty claim is subject to D2 Taiwan’s final examination results.

Warranty is granted by the manufacturer of the products and includes any fault in production for ONLY the brake caliper, all other items in the D2 brake kit are not covered by warranty.
Warranty does not cover parts that have been abused, modified, incorrectly installed or used for other than the original intent or application
All costs of transportation are paid by the customer when the products are sent back to D2 Race Pty Ltd and the original manufacturer for examination during its warranty period. After our examination, the manufacturer is responsible for sending the product back to the buyer by sea transportation.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
Warranty period for big brake kit calipers with dust cover is 5 years and big brake kits caliper without dust cover is 2 years.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE SOLE EXPRESS WARRANTY MADE WITH REGARD TO THIS PRODUCT SO FAR AS THE LAW ALLOWS AND IS MADE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES, OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. D2 AUSTRALIA SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER AND IN NO EVENT SHALL D2 AUSTRALIA BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF CLAIMANT’S PURCHASE PRICE FOR THE PRODUCT.

Prices

Prices listed on www.d2race.com.au are inclusive of GST.
D2 Race Pty Ltd has the right to modify its prices from time to time.
