Performance Disc Rotors
Two piece slotted configuration as standard with an optimal curved cooling vane design and heat treated alloy rotor construction, generated heat can be quickly and efficiently dissipated. The 2 piece full floating disc rotor option takes this one step further by optimising cooling via the channels around the center hat.
True to it's name, the disc is "floating" on the centre hat providing a small amount of lateral movement during thermal expansion.
As a result, braking stability is greatly increased whilst providing long term serviceability and durability by minimising any potential warpage.
Unsprung Weight
Due to the unique and robust forged monoblock aluminium construction of the D2 Caliper, weight is kept to a minimum and significantly lower compared to OEM and other aftermarket brands.
Combined with the lightweight 2 piece disc rotor, the savings in unsprung mass and overall vehicle weight ensures vehicle performance remains optimal.
